Hi guys, I was just watching the history of Tenth Avenue North and I came across your other songs in youtube...and I think it's from your album "Don't look back". Is there any possibility that I can get a hold of that? The songs are awesome!!! But of course, I like the two new ones. I've got the OVER AND UNDERNEATH, but I haven't got THE LIGHT MEETS THE DARK. I let my Japanese friend listen to "Love is Here"...oh how she loved it. =] Praying she'll come to encounter and have an understanding of God's love for her through that song. =D

your song: "TIMES"-- it feels like a angel came and told you to write a song of what was needed EXACTLY for me to hear- a song for Lori Mercer, for my heart and mind. For years - many, many years, almost my whole life I have loved God, but thought He has been so angry at me, so disapointed for all the horrible things I have done, and in turn I had been so angry at Him. I felt like a child stuck in the 'time-out' chair of life- always questioning, broken, living in pain, fallen from Grace. Always confused- shamed.. EXACTLY your lyrics. I have never cried so many tears over a song.. but it wasn't just a song.. it was God speaking to me.. telling me He has alwaysed loved me regardless of the mess I have made of my life. Sure, there has been other songs with a similar message, but somehow, these lyrics in your song reached into the depths of my soul and spoke exactly how I felt.. as if I wasn't the only one who would of felt that way, surely someone else felt that way- or else there wouldn't be a song about it. SO, then the rest must be true...about HIS LOVE - OVER, UNDERNEATH, INSIDE and IN BETWEEN.. always... so I got off my self-inflicted 'time-out' chair and came home- to his faithful love, abundant LOVE. Hey guys!!!! Im a huge fan and I know every word to all 22 of your songs!! Have you guys ever heard of the Angels Baseball team? They were very close to winning the championships this year along with the New York Yankees and the Los Angeles Dodgers. Well, every summer, we get a huge get together in the Angel Stadium in Anaheim, called the Harvest Crusade. So many people are saved and we have had many Christian artists such as Mercy Me, Steven Curtis Chapman, Chris Tomlin, David Crowder Band, Sanctus Real and much much more. I think it would be amazing if you guys performed there! We are spreading the Harvest Crusade in places such as New Zaeland, and Seattle. Every year there is a great message by Greg Laurie. It's a three day event. Please please please PLEASE look into it so you could possibly perform at the next one in the summer of 2011!!!!! Lots of Love, Kaila(:

You guys, I mean, just wow. Tenth Avenue North has inspired me so much, and I don't know how I could EVER thank you enough for doing that, not only in my life, but in so many other's lives as well. I hope that some day I will be able to inspire others with my music just as you have. Tenth Avenue North, you have been my favorite band for this whole year, my first year of truly being saved- of truly stepping out of my comfort zone to make a difference. You inspired me, motivated me, held me closer to God; and now I am more then happy to have a new CD that I can experience and realize even more views on God I have never thought of before. Thankyou so much for coming out with this and therefore changing part of my life :)
Wow! This cd is a work of God. Not only is it great music but you can't help but fall to your face in the presence of God because of it. I have and I am still being convicted because of this album. It does feel like the skin is being taken off of me, taken from your video, but God is changing me, which I am so thankful for! Thank you for this album, it was time for change and I am not sure that without it i would have changed.

I have listened to your new CD at LEAST 10-15 times since it came out! I discovered you at Winter Jam in St. Charles, Mo this past winter. Out of all the incredible bands, music and messages, yours was the one that touched my heart the most. I fell in love with your passion, your hearts and the message your songs conveyed to me. So many things resonate in me with your songs.. esp. Beloved. When I really listened to it the first time, I cried and went to the floor in gratitude for Jesus' love for me. For better or worse (I'll say worse) He loves me. It doesn't make sense, I don't know why He'd want to do it, I think He's crazy, but I still know He loves me! I love my husband very much and I put alot of my dreams, burdens of happiness on his shoulders, but now I see that he isn't meant to make me happy or fill me up. Jesus is. I also like the song Any Other Way because I have always felt that people were wrong when they said we can't give anything to God and He doesn't need anything from us. I KNOW that He needs my pain, my sin, my despair and darkness. It's all I have to give to Him and I know He wants it-It's a gift of myself to Him as strange as that may sound! The song "Healing Begins" is currently on repeat in my ipod. It's life changing. I was trying to inspire a group of people I know from a previous inpatient treatment center. I desperately want to focus on the positive aspects of life. I had a hard day Monday and heard the song Tuesday. "Healing Begins" has shaped my story and guided me along the path to recovery again. The song reached my life even before it was released. Below is an excerpt from my story: "...My first thought waking up, before I opened my eyes, Monday morning, May 10th, 2010 was, 'I hate my life.' ....... I talked to a friend that works in the bookstore. My first friend at the church and a wonderful woman. It took a few minutes but I mustered the courage to tell her about the suicidal thoughts I have been wrestling with, that have been gaining strength. And there it was … the darkness was out in the open. I was so ashamed, embarrassed and humiliated. How could a woman like me be so thoughtless, selfish and crazy? What would people think about me? Am I really a quitter or am I just tired of being a survivor? My friend hugged me and prayed with me. I sat in the church service, biding my time until the darkness passed. ......... God’s light met my darkness during church and THAT is where the healing began. God was not ashamed of me. He did not hate me or think badly of me. He saw my pain and held it for a bit. He does not think I “shouldn’t feel that way” or try to get me to be happy and smile. He simply supported the load so I could deal with a little at a time. ........... That is where the healing BEGAN but the Monster still lurks in seas of darkness for me. I am safe and I am determined to bring the darkness to light." hey guys, I'm so excited about your new album like it were my own. it really is waesome. I remember the first day I heard the song play on the Klove radio station, i was online doing some work and ijust had to stop everything i was doing and go look for the song on youtube, my God nothing has ever made me stop what I'm doing and look for another thing so desperately, it was so touching and i was richly blessed. I first heard "The Healing Begins" the same day that I discovered my husband is still engaging in internet pornography. This has been a very long and painful battle for us, 12 years actually. As soon as I heard the song I wept and wept hoping that someday the walls would come crashing down. In the past week my husband has confessed to our pastor and our small group. This break through had been prayed about for years and years. The very next day "Light Meets The Dark" was released and I found "The Healing Begins" on You Tube. This is the most amazing song and it feels like it was written just for my husband and I. Words cannot express my thanks. I listen to the song so many times daily and it truly give me hope....

Whoooooo! I've ordered the CD yesterday! =D I'm so happy,, but I get it until about 30 days... so that is less, 'cause I live in the Netherlands. With the previous CD, I had to wait even longer.. You guys (and God) have changed my life completely! I was having a really hard time remembering that God loved me NO MATTER WHAT I had done - and I did a lot! But for one month I listened to your first CD every night and now its like I'm a different person. God is the one who really brought me back to Him, but he used your band and your songs to pretty much turn me around so that I was ready to trust in Him completely. Light Meets the Dark is such an awesome album. All of the songs are great! "Empty My Hands" especially blew me away because the lyrics have been the cry of my heart for so long. In the last year I have dealt with some really awful things, and God used you guys to reminded me that I'm not alone. I praise God for each of you, and your eagerness to get the message of Christ to the world. Thank you for letting the Potter shape you. Wow..."You are More" is right where I am coming from, and also what a lot of my friends, this one guy in particular, are dealing with. I know from experience that it's really hard to forget what you've done...and said. It seems sometimes that the past keeps getting thrown back in my face...but then I think of your song "House of Mirrors" and realize it's my own self I can't see past. Hey! We're your fans from Thailand :) Last night we stayed up so late so that we could coordinate the TIMES and buy your new album as soon as it came out. We sat there as time went ON and ON and we wondered if there was ANY OTHER WAY that we could get it faster. But we had to LET IT GO. Then it came!!!! HALLELUJAH!!! YOU ARE our favorite band and our expectations were not LIFTED UP TO FALL. This morning we ran to school to show our BELOVED friends the new album. Immediately they EMPTIED MY HANDS of the ipod and plugged it into the speakers. The speakers fell over but we were STRONG ENOUGH TO SAVE...them. We love the album and ALL THE PRETTY THINGS on it. YOU ARE MORE talented then ever before. All we said is true because THE TRUTH IS WHO YOU ARE. When you tell the truth you keep your HEART SAFE. OH MY DEAR! We have to go! I was doing homework (reading) while I listened to most of the album, so I had trouble focusing on the lyrics, but two songs caught my heart even while I was reading. "On and On" made me get my school books wet with tears! Thanks a lot. Haha. And "Oh My Dear" was brilliant, too. Those songs are just beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. God's working through you guys!
Wow. This cd is amazing. You guys got me through my three year old brother being in the hospital last August. All i would listen to was Over and Underneath. Times was over all my favorite. The words are so true. During my brothers sickness, I went to a camp for 5th and 6th graders. One night, they did a skit to that song. And I really knew God was speaking to me then because I had talked to my children's minister about how much I loved that song. I cant wait for your concert in Birmingham. The new album is great guys! I am quite impressed having become a bit of a critic as my music collection has grown. I want to mention one song that I know is going to be talked about: "You Are More." In my experience, I have never heard a song discuss the issue of dealing with an imperfect life RIGHT after one is saved by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Usually you wonder if He truly has forgiven you and washed your sins away. I went through a huge valley involving that when I was first saved and I know others who are dealing with this also. So this song is fantastic and I plan to encourage other Christians with it as best I can. "...it's not what you've done..but what's been done for you." So thanks again and I know that our great God will bless you guys as you show His love. Peace!

Got it yesterday (pre-ordered the deluxe), was great to come around the corner and see it on my porch. Love the CD guys, love, love, love it! Love my t-shirt, love the journal, howeva...I can't make out who's signature is who’s???? Now, I'm not complaining, I'm totally grateful, I shouldn't even say anything about it, just thought it might be comical, as Mike had stated when you were signing them, or maybe it was just the thought of signing all of them, he threw-up a little in his mouth...
