I just wanted to let you know I really appreciate the video diaries. Your video diaries and blogs add so much more meaning to your music. Instead of just a face behind the music there is a person, or artists. And when you talk about your music and about your lives it can be realized by your fans that there are also Christian men behind the music seeking to serve the Lord and reach others for Him. What you say and what you do are what set you apart from other artists. You strive to do His work and further His kingdom, vs. yours as men here on earth. Thank you for your encouraging music. And please always remember 1 Corinthians 10:31 “Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.”

I had heard your this song before. It was cool. I believed it, but I couldn;t do what it talked about. Monday night I failed the worst I had ever failed in the area of sexual sin. Thankfully it was short of everything but it was far too close. Monday and Tuesday I could not eat or sleep and my conviction was so strong that is physically affected me to the point of feeling like that I would have a heart attack at 31. God kept me pinned with conviction so that I could not squirm out of confession again. I prayed for God to bring my wife home early or to have my father call me as I had to tell someone. 15 minutes my father called. I confessed 20+ years of hidden sin and my healing slowly began. My wife came home and I broke again and I confessed and my healing continued while new wounds of crushing my wife opened. On Wednesday I was driving to meet my accountability partner who i had lied to for years and this song came on. At this time it meant something. It reminded me that this pain is the beginning of healing. I want to be healed now, but that is now how relaity is. It tkaes time. But this song is very accurate with scripture in the confessing one to another is where healing begins. God forgave me everytime I failed for the last 20+ years but freedom came in confession one to another. To My spouse, my family and friends. Do I wear a billboard now as I walk around that say hey for 20+ years I have been a perv? No. But I am willing to confess and share with whomever I see I can either be helped by or that I can help and of course I want to pray to share with anyone God leads me too. 2 days removed the pain is still massive and current. But the freedom I have already since confessing is incredible. Don’t be stupid like I did. Don’t Wait. It is never as bad as what you ahve built up in your mind. It is horrible, but it is freeing and will one day be great!
This video and song really made me think. In a challenging, good way. I won’t bore you with my testimony, but I just want to let you guys know how great your ministry is. This helped me out a lot!!!

wow, a lot of people wouldn’t want to do that, including me. but not sweeping little things under the rug can actually help! this video was very encouraging. it takes a lot of courage to face things and work on them. true. : ) God bless you guys! God is good!
Excellent point but I think that a big issue that is being missed is how we view god and how we fell about him. Were like o god knows that doesn’t matter but when someone else finds out we freak. We need to see god as someone who loves us and died on the cross to save us some one we want to strive to pleas. Right now I feel that most people strive to please others I’m guilty of it myself. But when we do mess up we should tell a good friend and god of course, and god will forgive us because he loves us so much.

hey guys! i’ve been listening to your album light meets the dark nonstop for the past few weeks or so. today was just not a good day (everything that could go wrong in a teenager’s life did) and i’m on the way home, riding the bus, and the song by your side comes on… and when i heard the line “let me lift up your face, just dont turn away” it literally felt like God’s hand was reaching towards me to lift my face up and turn towards him. I love that ya’lls music has such an amazing impact on me. and not just by your side. I also really love oh my dear (which i have listened to on repeat multiple times), house of mirrors, any other way, on and on etc. oh and of course, healing begins :) thank you guys so much for ... well… just kind of being awesome! keep the awesomeness coming :)

Your concert in Monroe MI was amazing, I realized how faithful the lord has been to me because every time you played a song I was like I listened to this When i was really hurt, or felt crappy or was on my face begging for strength or courage or hope And I realized that the Lord has done so much in me over the past year, has healed me, matured me, strengthened me. And your albums have a song for everything and they have encouraged me beyond words. For instance, By your side has over 200 plays on my itunes because I listened to it over and over and over again until one day I Finally believed it. So thank you!

After listening through your CD once you were instantly one of, if not the, favorite of all the bands I listen to. your music is changing my worship. When I first heard the healing begins, I almost had to pull off the side of the road. It’s like how can this song speak to my heart. I can’t stop listening to it. God bless you and all your outrs.
I’ve been struggling alot with sin…I’d been liking this guy for a real long time. I’d put him in front of God. I would apologize to God and when I really meant it I’d feel forgiven, but then I’d go back to liking this guy more then God again and I kept doing that over and over again for months. And like you said God was like this character far far away. Apologizing to him was like almost like it wasn’t real.
But then I watched your clip. What you said about confessing your sins to one another really got to me. I looked up that verse in james to see if what you said was true and it was so I talked to my mom about it. because before I guess I’d been putting on a wall of fake purity… and you are right, now after talking to my mom about it I know I don’t need to hide my sin because its then I realize I don’t need to be perfect. Now I’m right with God because somehow confessing my sin to other people helps me accept God’s forgiveness. So thank you SO much for letting God use you. God used your words to give me the courage to talk to my mom. Keep putting Jesus first in your lives. God bless you guys.

Random for me, I picked up your Over and Underneath CD at the recommendaton of a cashier…coupled with the CD being their special deal of the day. I popped it into my car’s system and by the time I got home I was in tears with gratitude to God for speaking to my soul through your CD. The way the words and music enhance one another creates a dimension of insight and worship that leaves me in stillness and awe before and of God. Thanks for putting your all into this music. It leaves me undone in the best way.

Just downloaded Let the Healing Begin for my good friend who,just lost her 23 year old son. I can not tell you how much this will mean to her and her family. As a lyricist i am in awe of the words and as a human being I am in awe of your ability to touch my heart with your music. Thank you for this beautiful message.
